Hi! I’m Becca Beck
I love helping people to feel better and stronger in their bodies.
I came to this work after the birth of my 3 curious, imaginative, and busy boys. My pregnancies and birthings with my loveably and giant babies really brought to the surface some core and pelvic floor issues I wasn’t aware I had. And that came in the form of a Diastasis Recti and a Prolapse.
After going through the Restore Your Core® online program I felt better than I did as a teenager dancing 5 days a week because I was finally using my deep core and moving in ways that allowed more mobility and strength in my body all around. I knew right away that I wanted to learn how to teach this work and bring it to the State College, PA community.

Restore Your Core® is a comprehensive whole-body method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to our body.
RYC® combines sustainable and functional yoga and Pilates-based exercises with the fundamentals of biomechanics to help you move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.
